Gina Peterson is the visionary behind Crespella Gourmet Creperie, a delightful culinary destination nestled in the picturesque beach town of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. From a young age, Gina had a passion for gastronomy and a love for French & Italian cuisine. It was during her study at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where her inspiration began making crepes tableside for guests. Combining her Italian heritage with a French twist seemed like just the right formula to excite customers and spectators alike. After graduating, a bit of international travel and working in kitchens across the country, her dream became a reality. In 2012, Gina launched Crespella Gourmet as a mobile Creperie, the first of it’s kind in Cape May County. After quickly developing a loyal following at local farm markets & events along South Jersey’s coast, she opened her 1st brick and mortar location in the heart of Stone Harbor. Beyond the delectable crepes, Crespella Gourmet Creperie boasts fresh squeezed & frozen lemonades as well as house-made sweet waffles and ice cream. Gina has crafted a unique outdoor dining experience that has captured the hearts and palates of locals and visitors alike.
