Crespella = "crepe" in Italian
Good food and cooking have always been something my family and I have cherished. I was raised and surrounded by my family's strong Italian values and with the tradition of creating and enjoying meals with loved ones. It was during my study in Hyde Park, NY at The Culinary Institute of America where my inspiration began making Crepes tableside for guests. Combining my heritage with a French twist seemed like just the right formula to excite customers and spectators alike. After graduating, a bit of international travel and working in kitchens across the country, my dream became a reality. I started Crespella Gourmet Creperie in 2012 as a Mobile Creperie at local farm markets & events. We quickly developed a loyal following and in May 2016 we opened our 1st brick and mortar location in the heart of Stone Harbor, New Jersey.
